This page is mostly to give you a little insight to Max’s character. Max loves tech, but in Dawn is more or less steam punk at best. Any thing they get they get from out side scrapes and anything they can’t use they melt down and make into stuff they can. So you can see how hard it is for Max to have this kind of passion. Lucky for him that Jo’s Dad, Noah is the local metal salvage/ Blacksmith. She usually get first look at things before they are melted down since sometimes she helps her father at his work. If she finds anything particularly good-looking she’ll either save it for Max or take him to it.

My only comment is I like how Jo’s face turned out in the last panel. It looks cute.
